Ginny began working in music in 1978 when, as assistant to concert pianist Rosalyn Tureck, she spent 18 months on tour in Europe and the United States. On her return to the UK, she joined Kaye Artists Management before helping to set up Grapevine Public Relations. In 1986, Ginny left Grapevine to work in New York, where she set up a small agency promoting concerts at the Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Town Hall and Merkin Concert Hall, and working with artists including Nigel Kennedy and the National Orchestral Association.
On her return to London in 1989 she set up Macbeth Media Relations – a specialist media relations company working closely with singers, musicians and composers, as well as international competitions, festivals, orchestras and opera companies.
Working with organisations across Europe and the US, Macbeth Media Relations devises individual strategies for each of its clients working in close collaboration with management.
