The Royal College of Music (RCM) is one of the world's greatest conservatoires. As part of a broader digital outlook, the Royal College of Music is seeking to engage a Web Officer to join its Communications & Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Experience managing website content in a complex institution
• Proactive, detail-orientated person and comfortable overseeing the content of a multifaceted website viewed by a large international audience
• Excellent copywriting and project management skills
• Collaborative nature, which is key to success, as is being able to prioritise requests from across the institution, ensuring that resource is assigned according to overall strategic priorities.

We welcome creative ideas for future development of the platform. The successful candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will support across a range of digital activities.

With 840 students from more than 60 countries studying at undergraduate, taught postgraduate or doctoral level, the RCM is a vibrant community of talented and open-minded musicians. We also have a flourishing Junior Department and RCM Sparks, an award-winning public engagement programme offering learning and participation opportunities for children across the country. With more than 500 public events each year and a development of our campus that will provide even more world-class performance, teaching and rehearsal spaces, this is an exciting time to join the RCM with much to promote to audiences.
