Find Your Way

The ABO’s leadership development programme, Find Your Way, consists of three elements: The Main Programme; a weekend Residential Course; and the Essentials of Find Your Way.

The Main Programme is for 6 participants and runs over a 9-month period (mostly in person with some online meetings).

The Residential Course is open to an additional 6 participants and runs over one weekend (in person).

The Essentials of Find Your Way is an introductory course running over two days (in person/online) separated by 3 weeks.

A 2-day course providing an insight into the baseline aspects of the wider Find Your Way programme.
