Food & Beverage Duty Manager

Liverpool Philharmonic hosts hundreds of events and welcomes thousands of customers every year. We’re currently looking for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to make sure bars and catering operations at those events run safely, effectively and to the highest possible standard. Working in a fast-paced and busy environment, you’ll be responsible for supervising bar staff and providing outstanding service to event attendees, clients and artists. You will monitor stock levels, ensure that all goods meet the expectations of the business and our customers, and maintain relationships with external catering partners. If you’re positive, flexible and a personable communicator, with previous experience in customer service or hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note, this is a duty management, operational role for service periods only. There are no key holder duties associated with this position.

Key Information
• Salary: £13.71 per hour
• Employment type: Part time, permanent
• Hours of work: 30 hours per week. Given the nature of our operation and this post, working hours will primarily be evenings after 5.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Responsible to: Food and Beverage Manager
• Responsible for: Casual Bar Staff
• Place of Work: Liverpool Philharmonic Hall or any reasonable location dependent upon the requirements of the post.
