The Monteverdi Choir & Orchestras is made up of three internationally-renowned ensembles that lead the field of period performance: the Monteverdi Choir, English Baroque Soloists and Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique. Our world-class musicians specialise in a variety of repertoire ranging from sacred music and chamber works to operas. The ensembles are in great demand worldwide and enjoy an ever-increasing global audience and supporter base and regularly tour to prestigious venues and festivals around the world.
The Head of Development/Development Manager will have responsibility to prepare and submit inspirational and tailored applications for funding to secure the support that enables us to deliver our ambitious core concert programme and education work. In addition, they will be responsible for managing our tiered membership scheme as well as bespoke cultivation events to encourage a major donor income stream. Demonstrable experience of researching and writing high-quality funding proposals, as well as a natural disposition to provide exceptional stewardship of donors both online and face-to-face is essential.
