Course outline

Delegates will meet creatives named Wobbly, Molotov, Facilitator, Solo, Artiste and You. Through them, key ways of helping delegates approach some tricky issues will be revealed: creatives in teams; deadlines, motivation, facilitating creative projects and necessary chaos.
Learning outcomes
Delegates will …
- Understand how creativity works, how it can be deepened and how organisations often undermine it
- Recognise different interpersonal styles creatives often exhibit, and will know how to work with each constructively.
- Learn how to link the ambitions of the organisation as a whole to those of their individual creative colleagues
- Appreciate how their own creativity affects the colleagues he / she works with
