NYO's vision is to to see the potential of every teenage musician in the UK unlocked through the power of orchestral music. We work alongside teenage musicians to open up orchestral music and share it with their generation.
We are seeking a talented administrator to join NYO's team at an important time in the charity’s growth. This is a varied role, working with the Finance & Operations Director on organisational planning, processes and operational efficiency as we scale up to reach more teenagers and supporters than ever before.
The Administration Manager plays a crucial role in the smooth running of the NYO office (physically and virtually), managing and improving key operational processes and ensuring that all staff have the tools to do their jobs effectively.
You would be joining a friendly and dynamic staff team who are passionate about music and young people. The role is based at NYO’s spacious and light offices near Holborn in central London (with some remote working by agreement) and there will be opportunities to attend NYO’s UK-wide concerts and activities. NYO offers a season ticket loan scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, health cash plan and 24/7 counselling and support helpline.
