Alumni Relations Manager
Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance £38,145 to £44,769 p.a. (Including LWA) Closing date 22 May 2022
We are seeking an alumni relations professional to take forward our programme reaching thousands of artists in the UK and around the world. You will ensure high quality communications to build strong relations between alumni and the conservatoire and create opportunities to strengthen networks and connections. You will create opportunities to support alumni in their careers and to celebrate their successes. Your programme will offer a seamless journey from student to alum which is valued throughout their careers.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, you will lead a small and motivated Alumni Relations team. Working closely with academics and professional departments, you will give leadership to a programme based on strong foundations which, through engagement with a world-wide network of innovative and creative artists and art industry leaders, can have a transformational impact the creative sector and on this conservatoire.
You will have significant experience of working with large-scale communication platforms and possess the interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with alumni networks and individual artists. To succeed in this role, you will be responsive and attuned to the creative sector and be motivated to achieve outstanding results.
