WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND LEARNING
Leads the career strategy for your artists, regularly advising on programming and repertoire
Main contact for artists on your list
Talent scouting and develop your roster
Proactively manages artists’ diary including sales/bookings
Negotiate contracts with some administration support
Resolve tricky situations calmly and effectively
Travelling to meet prospective new signings and building strong relationships with your artists
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
Strong experience in artist management with a proven track record in fee/contract negotiation and commercial agreements
Excellent relationship management skills
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
Flexible and creative problem solving skills
Proven ability to prioritise a demanding workload
Able to resolve tricky situations calmly and effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
