Role
We are looking to appoint a proactive team player who will share our enthusiasm for our work and our artists, becoming a prized member of the company. Working in a small business means that each of us is responsible for all aspects of administration in addition to creative planning, production, and strategy. The goal is to develop the role of Artist Manager to play to the individual’s strengths and interests, balancing the company’s work across the team in the best possible way for happiness and productivity. About Us
Artists: Composers - Eric Whitacre, Christopher Tin and Mason Bates; Anna Lapwood (organist, conductor, radio & TV presenter); The Swingles (vocal group).

Music Productions is an artist management and production company, working to provide a friendly, personalised, collaborative, and creative service for a small number of exceptional artists as their global managers. We take a holistic approach to all aspects of our artists’ creative output, business, strategy, and engagement with audiences. Our core business is creating the big picture strategy with our artists, delivering this alongside the day-to-day operations of their activity. Project work includes promoting live events (concerts/workshops/summer schools/launch events/installations), producing bespoke audio and audio-visual content, creating, and implementing digital marketing strategies, maximising return from copyrights, contracting choirs for film & media sessions and operating independent record labels.

Job includes
- Sales and Artistic Development.

- Promotion, marketing and digital.

Essential Skills
- Experience managing and working with artists demonstrating creative vision and drive.
- Hands-on experience and success in selling artists and projects, or direct experience of working in this space.
- High level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.
- Knowledge, love and understanding of music.
- Care for our planet and desire to help us live and work sustainably.
