Polyphony Arts is a music management and project management company, operating as a remote team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Relationship Management to join the team. This role is advertised on a full-time basis but we welcome applications for part-time, job-share or flexible working.

The Artist & Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of services for clients. They will work closely with the Head of Relationship Management, and the Head of Operations & Projects, to understand client needs, identify and pursue development opportunities for clients, and promote the previous, present and future work of each client to an international audience. This role requires a thorough understanding of classical and folk music and the role of performers and organisations within the music industry. Team members must be self-motivated and display proactivity and creativity in delivering work to a high standard. A background in music performance, production, or arts management will be an advantage. Artist & Project Managers will work collaboratively on client projects, and must be willing to be flexible with tasks, transparent in communications, and take a team approach to completing work to tight deadlines.
