They will need to be both diplomatic and assertive, with the ability to think in a flexible manner and manage change in a positive way. Knowledge of the MU negotiated commercial recording agreements would be an advantage.

1. Significant hands-on practical experience of working with a professional orchestra
2. A detailed knowledge of the working practises and demands of a professional orchestra
3. Track record of taking and accepting responsibility for projects and initiatives
4. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
5. Experience of OPAS or other event management system software (OPAS experience will be highly regarded but is not essential)
6. Competency across the Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook - and an ability to pick up systems and process quickly.
Please note, we are looking to see transferable skills in your application, so if you feel that you meet some but not all of the points above, we would still like to hear from you and understand how your experience is relevant.
