As OFA continues to evolve, it now seeks a dynamic freelance Associate Conductor to join the team for its exciting 2023-24 season, ‘Sound of Change’. Like the rest of the OFA family, you should be enthusiastic about all musical genres and capable of drawing out performance in young people that is both stylish and expressive.
Enabling high-quality musicianship will be a key focus, with the aim of presenting live performances that are inspiring and enjoyable for our players, while also bringing joy to our audiences.
