Box Office & Data Manager

We are looking for a Box Office & Data Manager to join the OAE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the OAE’s ticketing of live concerts and events as well as managing subscriptions for our digital subscription platform, OAE Player. If you are a proactive problem solver and have a knack for interrogating data, then we would love to hear from you.
Person Specification
- At least 2 years’ experience of working in a Box Office using CRM ticketing systems
- Experience of dealing with the general public and processing payments
- Experience of working across departments
- Experience of dealing with patrons, press and VIPs
- Excellent presentation skills both in person and on the phone with a calm and friendly manner
- Ability to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
- Good financial literacy
- Comprehensive understanding of GDPR regulations
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
