The Royal College of Music (RCM) is one of the world's greatest conservatoires. Our excellence was recognised by the 2021 QS World University Rankings, in which we ranked as the top institution for performing arts in the UK for the sixth consecutive year, and top in Europe for the second year running.

An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Box Office professional to support our performance programme and events, drive customer experiences and use their expertise to inform future campaigns.

The RCM presents more than 500 events every year and the Box Office acts a central point of contact between staff, students and external bookers. The RCM Box Office sells tickets for the RCM’s two main venues: the 400-seat Concert Hall and 400-seat opera theatre, as well as for other internal and external venues at which RCM performances take place. Two further RCM venues have also recently opened to the public as part of a large scale development project, as well as the new Museum.

• Experience of using Spektrix ticketing software.
• Experience of working within a performing arts venue.
• You will be flexible and adaptable to support a variety of ticketed performances both on and off campus.
