BSO Participate Coordinator

Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is looking for a creative and organised individual with a passion for inclusion in the music sector, to work with the Head of Participate and the Community Health & Wellbeing Programme Manager on a busy and innovative programme.
You will experience all elements of BSO Participate, with key responsibilities for supporting work with ensembles including the ground-breaking BSO Resound, and for working with the Community and Health & Wellbeing Programme Manager to programme, deliver and evaluate a dynamic programme. You will be working with the Head Office team and with musicians, participants and partners across the South West.
You should be an excellent communicator with a range of individuals and groups, have very strong organisational, IT, and team working skills, and a proven ability to prioritise a busy workload. Experience of arts and community programme delivery, administration and events management would be an advantage in this role.
