ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is essential to the smooth-running of the organisation and leads on the building and facilities management of our unique Grade 1 listed concert venue as well as the systems and services which support our growing team of staff (currently comprising 19 permanent staff and 30 casual staff). The Buildings and Facilities Manager will lead on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all building users and is responsible for building and equipment maintenance, sustainability, building safety and the management of building and facilities contracts and supplier relationships.

SALARY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Part Time 0.6 FTE
Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata for 0.6 FTE
Hours: 24 hours per week, with TOIL scheme for additional hours. Core office hours are between 9.30am – 5.30pm on weekdays, although this role will also require flexible working including evenings and weekends and being available for emergency callouts.
