Buildings and Facilities Coordinator- Part Time

City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra £23,000 per annum pro rata Closing date 11 February 2022
The world renowned City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) is seeking a Buildings and Facilities Coordinator to be responsible for the operational efficiency of the CBSO Centre.

Essential skills:
- Good working knowledge of H&S practices for both a place of public entertainment and working offices.
- Show constant commitment, enthusiasm and excellent attitude at all times.
- Flexible approach to working hours including early mornings, regular evenings and weekend work.
- Organised and proactive approach to work.
- An outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Competent and comfortable with Working at Height.
- A team player with the ability to work effectively within a small team.
- Computer literate and a knowledge of Microsoft Office and building management software.

Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of Artifax package
- IOSH qualification
- An interest in music
- A relevant and up to date First Aid qualification
- A relevant Manual Handling qualification
