We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, versatile, and forward-thinking candidate to lead our re-imagined Careers/Entrepreneurship provision across Music, Dance and Musical Theatre. The successful candidate will have relevant music and/or dance industry experience; an appreciation of the rapidly changing employment landscape and emerging opportunities; the ability to work effectively with students and alumni in crafting and supporting successful and sustainable careers paths; along with a self-starter approach to developing this important area more broadly. Previous experience in the HE sector is highly desirable.
