Chair of the Board
Nevis Ensemble Voluntary Closing date 11 November 2022
Nevis Ensemble is seeking an individual to take on the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees, starting in March 2023.
One of the country’s most exciting arts organisations, Nevis Ensemble has recently launched a unique Fellowship programme and relocated to the Easterhouse area of Glasgow, with a touring programme that takes the orchestra all over Scotland. Still a young organisation, Nevis is looking for an individual who can help the charity to thrive, as we continue to grow and realise our ambitions as part of our Business Plan for 2023-28.
This is a voluntary role, although expenses are reimbursed. A full Role Description can be found below on the website at https://nevisensemble.org/boardchair
To apply, please send a current CV along with a covering letter (no more than two sides of A4) detailing why you would be suitable for the position to hello@nevisensemble.org
Nevis Ensemble is committed to the promotion of an inclusive and diverse working environment and we want to ensure that the organisation reflects the communities in which it works. We therefore especially welcome applications from those under 35 years of age, and individuals who are LGBTQI+, D/deaf, disabled and/or from minority ethnic backgrounds. You can see our Policy for the Promotion of Equality and Diversity on our website.

Please only complete questions you feel comfortable answering.
