Co-ordinator: Administration and Membership
International Artist Managers' Association £31,000 per annum pro-rata according to part-time 2-3 days a week, paid in arrears Closing date 31 October 2025
The International Artist Managers’ Association (IAMA) is the trade association for artist managements in the classical music field. While it looks after the interests of artist managements, its membership includes orchestras, venues, professional services and record companies.
We are looking for a friendly, organised person with good communication skills and attention to detail to join our small team in serving our network community. Fluency in French / German / Italian in addition to English would be highly desirable and good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills a requirement. Although we would prefer a candidate to be able to come into the office on a regular basis, we would consider up to 40% remote working options too. Your background need not be classical music but if it is, you would get a lot more out of being in contact with one of the most international classical music networks of decision makers.
Responsibilities include:
General Administration - Together with the Manager: Administration and Operations, all areas of general administration.
Projects:
1. Classical Music Artists – Who Represents Whom. Effective maintenance of the database and liaison with Operabook.
2. IAMA website - Assist with development and updating
3. Artist Management Academy - Logistics facilitation and set-up assistance.
Membership database maintenance
Communications: Collating all promotional print media and social media incl. LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram
Event Management - To work with the Manager: Administration and Operations and Chief Executive on all activities relating to the international conference, training and member events as required. This will also include sponsorship liaison and any logistics at the conference.
Other information: Closing date: 12 noon on 31 October 2025. Interviews: 4 & 6 November. IAMA is not in a position to offer work permits / visas for those ineligible to work permanently in the UK.
