Person specification
Voices Foundation is looking for a great digital communications specialist who is a versatile and organised self-starter. You will have experience of developing social media campaigns, managing websites and digital platforms as well as commissioning and deploying video to inspirational effect. You will be passionate about music and articulate in communicating with and engaging others to share in our vision for all children to find their voice. You will have relevant experience and training that chimes with the role and be very hands on. We are very welcoming of diverse candidates from all backgrounds.

Job description
Reporting to the CEO and working with a close-knit team, you will be responsible for strategy, planning and delivering our communications and digital work. You will raise Voices’ profile substantially and ensure the quality and professionalism of its output. You will help drive sales to schools and engagement with alumni growing the Voices family of advocates. You will help build a movement to realise Voices objective of every child finding their voice through the strengthening the role and importance of music education.

Permanent full-time role with mix of office and home working
