Concerts & Administration Coordinator

Gabrieli is seeking to appoint a part time, freelance, Concert & Administration Coordinator, primarily to assist the Concerts & Tours Manager with all aspects of Gabrieli’s performing and recording schedule, as well as general administrative support for the company.

We are looking for a bright, articulate, and motivated individual, with exceptional administrative skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Prior experience of music administration is vital, as is a knowledge and understanding of classical music, and an enthusiasm for of the repertoire of the ensemble.

This role would be an excellent addition to a freelance portfolio. It is initially offered on a part-time (2 days per week), freelance basis, but could be developed in time depending on the strengths of the successful candidate.
