Concerts & Orchestra Manager

London Mozart Players £27,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience) Closing date 18 January 2023
London Mozart Players (LMP) is seeking a passionate and proactive Concerts & Orchestra Manager to join our dynamic and close-knit team to help us successfully deliver a range of concerts for our new season (and beyond). With our concert and event diary rapidly filling up, new artistic partnerships on the horizon and Croydon’s upcoming year as the Borough of Culture in 2023, now is a very exciting time to be part of our management team.

As Concerts & Orchestra Manager, you'll be reporting to the Artistic Projects Manager and our Chief Executive Flynn Le Brocq. While Flynn will lead on the creative decision-making for our concerts and programmes, you'll be responsible for project managing all of the practical and operational aspects of the orchestra’s performances, working closely with the Orchestra Fixer (freelance) and Librarian (freelance) to manage the administration of all orchestral activity, acting as the glue that holds all of our plans together and brings our concerts to life.

It’s really important to us that we build an inclusive and diverse organisation that reflects the rich cultural blends of the communities we serve. We recognise that diversity in the workplace brings a wealth of benefits to us as an organisation and our audiences, and strongly encourage applications from people of all ages, of Black, Asian, and ethnically diverse backgrounds, women, trans and non-binary candidates, LGBTQ+ candidates and those that are disabled.

If you have any access needs relevant to the application process, please get in touch with us directly to discuss them.
