Britten Pears Arts is a pioneering music, arts and heritage charity based on the Suffolk coast at two popular, historic visitor destinations: The Red House and Snape Maltings. We emerged from the creative partnership of Benjamin Britten, one of the greatest composers of the 20th century, and his professional and personal partner, singer Peter Pears.
This newly created role will play a key part in securing income from businesses, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Corporate Partners, and ensuring a high standard of care and service. The Corporate Partnerships officer will also support the delivery of the range of corporate and supporter events, and will have their own suite of events to plan and deliver.
We are looking for the right individual as we further develop our dynamic, creative team, to help achieve our ambitious fundraising goals. You will be joining a team that raises more than a third of the charity’s annual income to support the wide variety of programmes and activities in music, arts and heritage.
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships with a range of individuals and businesses, and who will manage their own portfolio of supporters and events, helping to deliver our fundraising strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with relationship-building and/or fundraising and events experience to develop their skills in a positive and supportive team, or for someone new to the sector with transferrable skills and experience.
