Customer Success/Technical Specialist (Part time, Remote)

ArtsVision is a cloud-based Performing Arts Management software solution designed on years of industry experience to provide best practices as well as customizable solutions that work alongside the unique challenges performing arts organizations face to meet their unique business requirements towards operational management. Our current base platforms include Orchestra, Opera, Ballet, Institutions and Venue Management.

We are currently seeking an experienced Arts industry tech-savvy professional to drive the relationship between ArtsVision and our stakeholders by fielding inquiries, assisting with customer challenges or questions and proactively providing solutions, ascertaining business requirements, delivering first-class technical support to both internal and external customers. We are looking for someone who can communicate via phone, online various video platforms and when needed in a person to onboard, demo our product, resolve any queries and provide an exceptional level of customer service.
