Digital Campaigns Manager

The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain is hiring a Digital Campaigns Manager to devise and deliver creative campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and revenue, and brand campaigns which change perceptions of NYO to reflect our new strategy. With a particular focus on teenage musicians, teenage audiences and the music education and youth sectors, the role will also contribute to our emerging digital fundraising initiatives led by our Individual Giving team.

We are looking for a collaborative team player with outstanding written skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with young people.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of website and social media management, experience of delivering campaigns across multiple channels, and of using data analytics to optimise and evaluate digital campaigns.

Over the next 12 months NYO will be embarking on a number of projects to develop our digital marketing capabilities. The role will be closely involved in these exciting and ambitious initiatives.
