Position: Digital Communications Manager
Reports to: CEO & Artistic Director
Location: West Wing, Somerset House, London
Contract: Full-time
Salary range: starting £32,000 per annum
Working hours: Core hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Probationary Period: Six months

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
To lead on all marketing and communications (social media, website management, email marketing) for the Young Classical Artists Trust.

JOB OVERVIEW
In the last couple of years YCAT has built a conscious strategic communications approach that is audience-focused, creative, proactive, and collaborative. All parts of the digital customer experience (Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Digital PR, Email Marketing) are built on these principles ensuring that YCAT’s communication and marketing strategy is in line with the overall business objectives. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Communications Manager who can continue these developments and help take them to the next level.

The Digital Communications Manager will play a vital role in shaping YCAT’s overall communications strategy. This will involve implementing an effective strategy, maximising the effectiveness of our new website and developing online external communications to amplify YCAT’s key messages.
