The Marketing and Communications team is looking for an exceptional Digital Content Office to create original filmed content which showcases the RCM and promotes our world-leading music conservatoire to an international audience, we have an infinite amount of exciting stories to tell. This role will create films that represent the breadth of the student experience as well as promote our public concerts through a variety of filmed content suitable for multiple platforms including social media.
You will be a creative self-starter, brimming with creative storytelling ideas and able to turn a brief into a compelling piece of storytelling through your own filmmaking skills. You will have working experience of industry standard AV hardware and software, rigorous post-production standards and create quality outputs that lead to an outstanding audience experience across key platforms including the RCM website, YouTube channel and social media channels.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing digital editorial content according to brand guidelines from concept through to delivery. You will have an excellent knowledge of production methods and working pipelines in the delivery of photography, video, web applications and other digital outputs. You will be accustomed to the pressure of rapidly evolving situations and excited at the prospect of working in an environment of unparalleled musical riches and inspiring artistic achievement.
This post is offered on a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) basis and is available from October.
