Driver - Bell Percussion Hire - 12 month FTC
London Symphony Orchestra £24,000 to £26,000 Closing date 18 November 2022
The LSO requires a Percussion Hire driver to deliver & collect percussion equipment for our customers. The driver will report directly to the Bell Percussion Hire Manager. The position is being offered initially as a 12-month fixed term contract and can either be worked on full time 5 day per week basis or on a 3 day per week part time contract. During quiet times you may be asked to help load and unload any LSO equipment for the Orchestra itself from other trucks.The post is based at the LSO warehouse at Tottenham in London, however, the Percussion Hire Driver will be required to travel to different locations within the United Kingdom to fulfil the role.
The Percussion Hire Driver is entitled to 25 days annual leave with the exact dates being agreed with the Bell Percussion Hire Manager. It should be noted that all overtime is bought out for this position within the salary.
Manual Handling training is required as part of this role. All necessary training arrangements and costs are covered by the LSO.
