This role represents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, organised individual with a passion for supporting emerging professional artists, and a drive to contribute sharing the power of music through artists from all walks of life. This role focuses on the development and administration of the LPO’s flagship artist development initiatives within a friendly and supportive Education & Community team. As they develop, there is scope to have involvement in the strategy and longer-term planning of the programme, working closely alongside the Education & Community Director. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys developing and nurturing strong relationships and who possesses a caring and empathetic nature in all aspects of the work they do.
