Salary: Grade 9, £48,730 - £55,822 per annum. Appointments will normally be made to the first point of the grade. The maximum starting salary for this role will be £50,066 per annum.

The College wishes to recruit an experienced professional, to support the management of our diverse Estates and Maintenance Team. You will play a key role supporting the Director of Estates. You will also have the opportunity to contribute substantially to our strategic developments.
You must possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills and have knowledge and experience of:
• Leading effective estates and maintenance functions.
• Management techniques for achieving process and quality improvements.
• Management of a complex estate, including budget and resource management.
• A recognised qualification and membership in estates and/or facilities management or relevant experience.
This post is offered on a permanent, full-time, basis.
