Executive Director (Interim)

We are looking for an Interim Executive Director to lead Multi-Story alongside our Artistic Director for 6 months.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in a small and innovative organisation, overseeing operational and financial management and leading the operations team. We are looking for a candidate with significant leadership experience, who can work closely with our Chair of Trustees to consolidate governance processes and drive forward our business plan as we enter the next stage of the organisation's development.

Experience in operational non-profit leadership.
Adaptability and strategic thinking.

Proven experience in financial management and planning.
Proven experience of line management and excellent people skills.
Track record of successful fundraising.
Salary: £47,000 (Full Time)
Contract: 6 months
