The RCM is seeking to engage a Facilities Officer to join the diverse Estates & Facilities team at the College. The post-holder will support the smooth running of the College through facilitating the general operations and by providing assistance throughout all departments and sites as required. The successful candidate will ensure the general security and safety of the College, its students, staff and visitors. This includes the securing of the College, recording and reporting all safety matters and responding to emergencies, as well as room and event set-ups and customer-facing duties.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Experience in facilities or security operations
• Manual handling experience
• A positive and proactive attitude, and quick to respond to requests
• The ability to work as part of a busy team
• The ability to make considered decisions and, where necessary, take emergency action
• Confidence in using Outlook email
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and is immediately available.
