Fundraising Manager
Monteverdi Choir & Orchestras Competitive Closing date 21 February 2022
Term: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Competitive
The three Monteverdi ensembles – the Monteverdi Choir, English Baroque Soloists and Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique – are a leading force on the international music scene. World-class musicians and singers from many nationalities come together to share in the distinctive vision of our founder and music director, Sir John Eliot Gardiner, in ground-breaking projects that span eight centuries of musical masterpieces.
Buoyed by the success of our recent inaugural concert at our new London home at St Martin-in-the-Fields, this is an exciting and pivotal time to join our busy team. The Fundraising Manager will expand our team to boost the sustainability of our artistic plans – which include performing more regularly at home and sharing our concerts with music lovers around the world through top-quality film and audio content. As a charity without public subsidy, we rely entirely on the partnership of our faithful and growing supporter base.
Ahead of our next UK and US fundraising initiatives, we are looking for a highly organised, self-starter to support the MCO General Director and team. The successful candidate will have proven skills in stewarding relationships, researching donors and funding opportunities and delivering exceptional supporters’ events.
Closing date: 10am Monday 21 February 2022 (we may contact candidates before the closing date)
Interviews: Week commencing Monday 28 February 2022
