Association of British Orchestras

Head of Fundraising

Orchestras for All £39,000-£42,000 per year (pro rata £23,400-£25,200 per year) Closing date 29 March 2023
Orchestras for All is seeking a new part-time role of Head of Fundraising to join our lean but ambitious team. The Head of Fundraising will promote and celebrate our charity’s vision and mission with donors, partners and the wider public, advocating for a vision where all young people have access to the benefits of orchestral music-making across the UK.

With the support of the Executive Director and fundraising subcommittee, the Head of Fundraising will have strategic oversight of the charity’s fundraising strategy, alongside managing and implementing the hands-on delivery. A key aspect of the role will be to strengthen and build our individual giving programme, exploring new opportunities of engagement for new and existing individual donors.

This is a vital role within a truly inclusive charity at a pivotal moment of our journey – bringing the joy of music making to hundreds of young people nationwide.

Contract: Permanent contract, three days per week, though we can be flexible and negotiate this for the right candidate.

Location: Hybrid, we welcome applications from throughout the UK.
