The RSNO are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Planning Team as Head of Planning. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as Scotland’s Studio, a new world-class recording facility, is launched. The Planning Team is responsible for: all RSNO artistic planning; scheduling the Orchestra’s live, recorded, broadcast and touring work; engaging international artists including the RSNO Artistic Team, guest conductors and soloists; and building creative partnerships. The RSNO aims to offer a warm welcome to guest musicians by creating a positive working environment and by offering the very highest standards of artist care. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the relevant experience to lead a team of two. The post-holder will play a key role working with the Chief Executive, Music Director, Choral Directors, other senior colleagues and external partners to create and schedule artistic programmes and projects.
