Orchestras for All is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Programmes to play a vital role in the organisation with overall responsibility for our three core programmes, each breaking down barriers to music making for young people across the UK.
This role within our team calls for a broad mix of skills. You’ll be part of the senior management team, building on our strategic plans for the future, alongside overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our work. As a champion of music education, you will love connecting the right people and partners to create a safe, enriching environment for young people to develop life-changing musical, personal and social skills through high-quality music-making.
