Polyphony Arts is a music management and project management company, operating as a remote team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Relationship Management to join the team. This role is advertised on a full-time basis but we welcome applications for part-time, job-share or flexible working.
The Head of Relationship Management will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of services for clients. They will work closely with the Director, and the Head of Operations & Projects, to understand client needs, identify and pursue development opportunities for clients, and promote the previous, present and future work of each client to an international audience. This role requires a thorough understanding of classical and folk music and the role of performers and organisations within the music industry. Team members must be self-motivated and display proactivity and creativity in delivering work to a high standard. A background in classical music management would be an advantage. The Polyphony Arts team works collaboratively on client projects, and must be willing to be flexible with tasks, transparent in communications, and take a team approach to completing work to tight deadlines.
