Individual Giving Co-ordinator

NYO’s Individual Giving programme has grown dramatically over the last few years and now boasts an active community of donors who are passionate about NYO’s vision and mission. Your role will be the first port of call for donors. You will take in donations, process onto our database and prepare thank you letters. As an active member of the team you will help support donors at concerts, talk to them on the telephone and respond to any queries that they may have. You will work closely with our Head of Individual Giving, assisting her in getting the appeals out and also with our existing Individual Giving Co-ordinator.
After two years in post you will have a thorough understanding of how to look after donors ensuring that they enjoy a long and rewarding relationship with NYO.
The successful candidate will have accurate and efficient administration and data entry skills, excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in handling large quantities of data, and be a collaborative team worker.
