The world-renowned City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra is seeking to appoint a highly organised, process driven Marketing and Development Data Officer. This new role will work closely across the Marketing and Communications and Development departments to increase synergy and assist in key processes such as: importing data into our CRM system, managing financial procedures including collecting Direct Debits and preparing Gift Aid claims and liaising closely with our CRM and Insight Manager and Development team to help ensure that we are getting the most from our data. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy utilising data to provide valuable insight on audiences and donors. Previous experience in a data, marketing, development or box office role would be advantageous.
