Askonas Holt is delighted to offer an internship position in our Marketing team. The Marketing team works closely with colleagues across the Artist Management and Tours & Projects teams, helping to raise the profile of our clients and our company as a whole. We are seeking passionate and committed applicants with an interest in classical music who want to develop their digital communications skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND LEARNING:
• working with colleagues to prepare and post content across our social media channels
• regularly interacting with social media audiences to increase engagement and grow our following
• updating the company website including preparing news stories
• editing and uploading videos
• monitoring and reporting on industry press
• producing the monthly colleague newsletter
• completing research projects and administrative tasks as assigned
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• someone who is passionate about raising the profile of classical music and the performing arts
• someone with excellent written English and impeccable attention to detail
• proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms
• a confident, professional and sensitive communicator who is motivated and well-organised
• experience in (or an interest in learning) any of the following: graphic design software (ie Photoshop,
InDesign, Canva), video editing (ie Premiere Pro, iMovie), social media analytics
• a good sense of initiative, and an ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines
• an additional language would be an advantage.
