Marketing & Communications Manager

Reporting to Chineke!’s Managing Director and working as a part of our small, dynamic team of management staff, Chineke! is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager who will play a vital role in the promotion of a variety of projects including driving attendance at concerts by the Chineke! Orchestra, Chineke! Chamber Ensemble and Chineke! Junior Orchestra, and our Learning & Participation programme.
You will attend some rehearsals and all London concerts and other projects in order to document and promote them. You will lead the expansion of the organisation’s online presence including managing the organisation’s website and social media accounts. You will also produce regular Chineke! Friends’ newsletters and, in close liaison with Chineke!’s Development Director, ensure that all donors (Arts Council, corporates, trusts & foundations and individuals) are correctly credited on our website and in our concert programmes. You will work closely with Bloomberg Philanthropies and WPP, both of whom are providing support to Chineke! in driving our digital strategy.
