Are you an experienced marketing professional? An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at the Royal College of Music (RCM), one of the world's greatest conservatoires. Our excellence was recognised by the 2022 QS World University Rankings by Subject, in which we were ranked the global top provider for performing arts.
We are now looking for a talented Marketing Manager (Recruitment) to promote the RCM to potential students and ensure that high-quality recruitment content populates our publications and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for the recruitment marketing strategy and the creative activations that support it. We are looking for someone who can devise the strategy, build relationships with people across the music education sector and who is excellent at campaign delivery. This role manages our annual Open Day and is also responsible for producing the RCM’s Prospectus as well as digital content to inform and inspire applicants. Our campus has just been redeveloped and this is an exciting time to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will have proven success in arts and/or Higher Education marketing at a senior level, including producing high quality print and digital content production. You will be accustomed to the pressures of rapidly evolving situations and excited at the prospect of working in an environment of unparalleled musical riches and inspiring artistic achievement.
This post is offered on a full time, permanent basis and is available from August 2022.
