Marketing Manager
Southbank Centre £33,000-£35,500 Closing date 25 February 2022
We are looking for someone who:
Has a specialist interest in and knowledge of at least one of Southbank Centre’s art-forms. In particular a working knowledge of marketing Classical Music events would be beneficial.
Has significant experience of devising and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, across a range of media including on/off line advertising, direct mail, print production, e-marketing, social media, promotions and partnerships.
Has experience of leading a project team and successfully delivering complex projects with a range of stakeholders;
Has strong time management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Can demonstrate experience of line management; either of individual team members or design teams/external agencies;
Has a proven track record of managing budgets effectively and hitting sales targets in a fast moving environment;
Can demonstrate advanced data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to convert findings into actionable campaigns;
Can communicate and work well with a wide range of people, and is able to negotiate and network effectively internally and externally;
Is able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the role that diversity and inclusion play in the activities of the Southbank Centre as a whole and in the work of this particular job.
