Working as a key member of the BBE team, the post holder will support the work of the Member Services Manager and other team members to provide high-quality customer service and value for money for Brass Bands England’s growing membership. This includes answering the main contact email and telephone line for the organisation, directing to the relevant member of staff or website resources as necessary.
