Are you a dynamic administrator looking for a rewarding role that is crucial in helping the music sector?
This is an exciting time for a proactive professional with great administrative and interpersonal skills to join the ISM, the leading professional body for musicians with a reputation for its top rate services and campaigning. The ISM has doubled in size over the past 10 years and now has over 11,000 members who come from every part of the music world.
The ISM is looking for a Membership & Services Officer as part of the frontline reception team who are responsible for dealing with membership enquiries. You will have at least 2 years experience of working in an office environment. You must be confident with databases and understand the importance of accuracy and confidentiality when handling data. You will have an excellent phone manner and be confident at handling telephone and written enquiries solving questions from ISM members and the public quickly. You will have a real commitment to looking after the ISM office environment always willing to go the extra mile and have fantastic attention to detail. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and have a can do attitude.
You will be joining a professional staff team who are normally based in Bayswater, London but are currently following a hybrid model of work.
