Music Rights & Hire Co-ordinator

This role provides coordination and support across the Sheet Music Department’s hire, contracts, copyright, and licensing work.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate all matters relating to the supply and production of OUP hire materials
First point of contact for Boosey & Hawkes in all matters concerning their OUP hire, licensing, and printing agency operations
Coordinate and issue routine licences and permissions of all types
Maintain the printed music archive and be the point of contact for providers of the archive services
First point of contact for resolution of departmental web-piracy and copyright infringement issues
Coordinate Commissioning Agreements and liaise with OUP Repertoire Promotion and Boosey & Hawkes over practical aspects of commissioned works
Coordinate Rights/Royalties Liaison meeting, including follow-up with Royalties over debt and late-statements issues
Support for Hire Digitization Project, as required
Assist other Rights, Contracts, and Hire activities as required
