Chetham’s School of Music seeks two highly organised and entirely dependable Music Timetable and Administration Officers. You will both take responsibility for scheduling the weekly instrumental timetables for the UK’s largest specialist music school and also administratively support Heads of Instrumental Department. You will demonstrate logic and problem solving skills in abundance and will combine the sunniest of dispositions with a student focussed approachability in manner. Your weekly workload may look like a week-long crossword or Sudoku puzzle, but by the end of it, you will have the satisfaction of having contributed directly to building the musical lives of the future.

The job
• The role is 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, usually 8.30am - 5.30pm. Flexibility around hours can be negotiated (greater flexibility may be available during non-term time). This role may be suited to limited hybrid working.
• The role is Term Time only, plus 6 weeks (42 weeks per annum)
