We have a Permanent vacancy for an Office Coordinator to join our Learning and Engagement department.
As an essential part of our L&E team, you will provide administrative support for the delivery of a year-round programme of projects and activities including Performances for Schools, Glyndebourne Youth Opera, and our vocal talent development programmes.
You will coordinate the day to day running of our busy office, processing financial paperwork, audio visual content, and data, and will be the main point of contact for enquiries by the general public, participants, and other departments at Glyndebourne.
You should have excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to deal with a diverse workload, work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
